Ulster Bank have just announced a new 3 year fixed rate at 3.2%… Lowest in the market BUT you have to
– borrow more than €250,000
– borrow no greater than 80% of the value
– open a current account with them..
Simple really! In fairness to them, they have also introduced new I standard variable rates.. lowest in the market and not discriminatory to existing customers.
