WORTH CONSOLIDATING DEBT?
Q. We have a mortgage, a car loan and credit card balances. My mortgage is now down to €150K and my home is worth at least €480K. I’m finding it hard to keep up all the repayments and wonder can I top-up my mortgage to clear all the other debts .. Stephen – Navan Co Meath
