NEGATIVE EQUITY – CAN WE MOVE ?
Q. Our mortgage is € 310K and a tracker thank God but the home is only worth € 280K. We need to move as we now have 2 children. Is there any lender that would allow us to move and keep our tracker. Our joint income is c. € 100K and credit history good. Thanks Jenny – Mullingar Co West Meath
