Q. My mortgage lender has a loan approval requirement that we must take out buildings insurance cover on the home we are buying. We had 2 previous home insurance claims and I am finding it really difficult to obtain insurance quotes let alone cheap ones. Can you help ? Paddy – Newbridge Co Kildare
