TO BUY OR NOT TO BUY – THE CYCLE OF HOUSE BUYING
Q – With all the recent rent increases, especially in south Dublin, coupled with huge annual growth in Ireland ( 9% ?) and rising property prices, we seem to be back in a cycle of desperation whereby the house must be purchased at all costs whether we can afford it or not.
