A BAD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

Q. My daughter is 21 and in 3rd level. She went to a local retailer, a well known brand, and bought a dress for an upcoming Ball she has to attend. The assistant gave her the size she asked for and my daughter assumed it would fit. When she tried it on at home, it did nt fit and she called the shop to be told they would exchange it. When she went down to the shop, they said they were incorrect to advise they would exchange it. The dress cost € 135 – what can she do ? Mary, ClareGalway Co Galway
