WILL LENDERS WHO LEFT DO A DEAL ?
Q. I have a €300k mortgage with what was Danske Bank ( now Pepper who is administrating for them ) on a home valued at € 650K. We want to move to a more expensive property but borrow less ( € 250k ) Do Danske “do deals” – it’s a tracker on interest only for the full term with 19 years left. Love the column – any advice ?
