MY ILLNESS COVER PLAN DID NT PAY OUT
Q. I took out critical illness cover about 12 years ago. About three years ago I had a mental break down which last about just over two years. When I applied for a claim, the insurance company came back and said depression is not covered under the scheme. On the policy small print, I can find nothing to state I was covered.
