SHOULD I SELL OR SHOULD I RENT ?

Q – After buying my house 8 years ago in Cork, I am now moving to Dublin for work. The Cork property is worth c. € 320K against a € 280K mortgage with 24 years left. On the plus side, I’m on a fixed rate ( 2.05% fixed for 4 more years ) and I also have a good job so I am just going to rent it out. What are the tax issues for me or do you advise I sell ?
