GRANDA’S & UNCLE’S LEGACIES – CAN I KEEP BOTH ?
Q. Can you please clarify an inheritance issue for me. My grandfather died in 2015 and left me € 29,000 in his will. Late last year, my uncle died and left me and my siblings € 38,000 each ( he had no family ) which I shall be getting next month when probate goes through. Do I have to pay any tax on this ?
