VULTURE FUNDS – FRIEND OR FOE ?
Q. I’m one of the 6,100 Ulster Bank mortgages being sold off to a vulture fund. While we were not up to date on our home loan, our blip was 4 years ago when I lost my job and had no money coming in at the time. Thankfully now gainfully employed, I am worried what’s going to happen next. Can you please advise ? David – Clonmel Co Tipperary
